Shoghi's engineers provide end-to-end onsite system installation and integration to our customers. All activities from antenna installation facility creation are being conducted by our experienced project management team. Shoghi being an OEM, can provide customized solutions as per the customer requirement.
Shoghi provides extensive onsite and factory training to its customers to attain an in-depth understanding of the procured solution. The usual training schedules range from 2-8 weeks depending on the system/solution procured. In our training modules, we incorporate detailed operational and technical training along with first level maintenance knowledge sharing.
Shoghi provides Comprehensive Onsite Maintenance services to its customers. In order to reduce the repair time, Shoghi provides its customers with spare banks to be located at the customer site for immediate system upkeep and Replacements. Shoghi also maintains spares for up to 12 years within our facility in order to support the system for the long term.
Shoghi invests continuously in product research and development, the design of new protocol developments and provide timely updates and software upgrades to our customers to keep in sync with the latest communication and signal schemes.
