The 4G GSM Network Interception System (SCL-4GM) is primarily made for law enforcement agencies and governmental organisations in order to gather the primary identifiers (IMSI, IMEI) of 4G/LTE mobile phones. The SCL-4GM offers seamless integration with our GSM Monitoring Systems. It may be used independently or in conjunction with a semi-active or passive GSM monitoring system.
The targeted 4G/LTE phones can be selectively switched down to 2G/2.5G GSM mode using the SCL-4GM, while the other phones will continue to operate in 4G/LTE mode. After being transitioned to 2G or 2.5G mode, 4G/LTE phones remain in that mode until they are rebooted. Using either the Passive GSM Monitoring System or the Semi-Active GSM Monitoring System, 2G or 2.5G phones can be readily monitored. The IMSI, IMEI, and TMSI of every 4G/LTE phone that is detected by the 4G GSM Network Interception System are collected, allowing correlation analysis to be made to determine the identities of the targeted devices.
